Choosing a commercial-grade wallcovering

Type II is the federal durability class for wallcoverings in busy spaces — corridors, lobbies, restaurants and kids' rooms. Our Terralon™ ground meets or exceeds that standard while leaving out PVC, plasticizers, phthalates and formaldehyde, and it breathes, which helps reduce the risk of mold behind the wall.

To estimate, multiply each wall's width by its height in feet, subtract large openings, and add 10–15% for trimming and pattern matching. Our measuring guide walks through a full example.

Frequently asked questions

Is the wallcovering PVC-free?

Yes. It is printed on Terralon™, which contains no PVC or olefin, no plasticizers or phthalates, no formaldehyde and no heavy metals, and has a minimum of 31% post-consumer recycled content.

How is it priced?

By the square foot, at $16 per sq ft. Enter your wall area on the pattern page and the cart calculates the total; we print to your quantity on 54-inch-wide rolls.

Can I use it in a restaurant, hotel or office?

Yes. It meets or exceeds federal spec CCC-W-408D for Type II wallcoverings and is Class A fire rated under ASTM E84, so it suits commercial and hospitality projects.

Does it help with LEED?

Terralon™ can contribute toward LEED credits for recycled content, and conditionally toward low-emitting materials and regional credits. Final credits depend on the whole project.

Can I order a sample first?

Yes — every pattern has an Order a sample button. Samples are [SAMPLE SIZE] and cost $10, credited against a full order.
