An architect's brand for objects, furniture and walls
objects new york designs wallcoverings, furniture and small objects in Brooklyn. Every piece starts the way a building does: a drawing, a material study and a question about how people will use it.

Lionel Scharly
Lionel Scharly is a French-American architect and designer, based between New York and Miami. He holds an Advanced Master in Hypermedia-Multimedia in Architecture from the Beaux-Arts de Paris and studied at Harvard GSD and MIT.
He started objects new york in 2007 with one goal: for everyone to hold a physical piece of design or architecture in their hands. Pieces are made with digital fabrication in the USA or with partner workshops in Europe. In 2011 he founded Scharly Designer Studio for residential, public and commercial architecture.
